As a coach, Tallman describes himself as a strategist and keen on game planning and in-game strategy. He also said that his strength as a coach is building trustworthy relationships with players.
“What goes with leadership is cultivating relationships and being a support system outside of the X’s and O’s,” he said. “What differentiates a coach at a high school level is developing trust.”

She is excited to transition to assist with the boys JV program while being a school-mom.
